Adult Day Care, in partnership with Active Physical Therapy and Active Connections, is a tertiary rehabilitation facility for older adults and seniors.
We, at Adult Day Care, promote socialization among seniors to stimulate their physical, mental and emotional attributes.
Health is also our top priority as we provide physical and occupational rehabilitation programs such as cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes program and cancer rehabilitation program. Along with these services include transportation to ensure safety and comfortability of our seniors.
